Adventure Aquarium celebrates arrival of autumn with Fall Fest

CAMDEN, N.J. (WTXF) - Hundreds of Adventure Aquarium members were on hand Sunday in Camden to celebrate the arrival of autumn by participating in pumpkin decorating and more.

Guests were on hand to watch aquarium divers carve pumpkins underwater, while also attempting to keep the sea turtles from eating the pumpkins first.

The events of the celebration also included a hippo feed, Octavia, the giant Pacific octopus enjoying a fish-filled jack-o-lantern, special photo opportunities and the arrival of African penguins, Pumpkin and Patch, on the Discovery Deck. Children were also able to decorate their own baby pumpkins.

Parents and kids alike were thrilled to celebrate the autumn season while watching the underwater pumpkin carving and participating in the seasonal family fun.
