Medford Twp. pastor charged with sexually assaulting children
BURLINGTON COUNTY, N.J. (WTXF) - A Medford Township, New Jersey pastor has been charged with sexually assaulting four minors over the course of several years.
The Burlington County Prosecutor's Office announced Harry L. Thomas, 74, was charged Wednesday with one count of aggravated sexual assault, three counts of sexual assault, and four counts of endangering the welfare of children.
Thomas, a pastor at the Come Alive Church, was taken into custody on Wednesday morning after an investigation revealed the alleged assaults occurred between 1999 and 2015.
Thomas was taken to a medical facility following his arrest, and was being held under guard.
