Woman, 30, struck and killed along Bristol Pike
BENSALEM, Pa. (WTXF) - A pedestrian was struck and killed by multiple cars in Bensalem as they tried to cross Bristol Pike early Wednesday morning, according to police.
The incident occurred just before 5:45 a.m. along the 3100 block of Bristol Pike.
Police say Catherine Gaffney, a 30-year-old Philadelphia resident, was struck when she stepped into the northbound lane of the road. Police say she was struck by multiple vehicles.
The drivers of the vehicles remained on the scene and are cooperating with police.
