Man accused of exchanging child pornography with Williamstown Middle School students

Monroe Township, NJ (WTXF) Parents are learning the disturbing news that 32-year-old Michael Mostovlyan who worked as a grounds maintenance worker at schools in the Monroe Township School District is in jail, police say, for exchanging child pornography with students.

"I really have to be careful with my kids right now. I really have to talk to them about," said Gil Cendana. He has two daughters at Williamstown Middle School. Police say that's where they've identified some of the victims after parents contacted police saying their children had exchanged pictures of themselves with a Face Book Messenger account. Police say that account led them to Mostovlyan who is also accused of sending pictures of other young girls to the students he contacted.

"It's very alarming," said Diane Bressler who has a 15-year old daughter. She's concerned too after learning police say there may be more victims than the ones they've identified at Williamstown Middle.

"If they're depressed or they don't have the support of a parent at home and they just want somebody to reach out to they'll reach out to anybody just to have a friend," said Bressler. Police say the suspect was arrested yesterday at Whitehall Elementary School.

"I'm afraid still because everywhere is like dangerous. They have all the phones and they could take a picture of themselves and send it to these people," said Cendana.

Monroe Township Police ask parents to talk with their children to see if they had any suspicious activity on their social media accounts that may involve the suspect.
