Philadelphia Eagles safety Tre Sullivan escorts teenager to prom
SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Philadelphia Eagles safety Tre Sullivan escorted a student to the Universal Audenried High School prom in South Philadelphia.
"It's amazing! I wasn't expecting all this it's something I couldn't imagine," Autumn Wallace said.
This special prom night was made possible by a local non-profit called Unity in the Community. Anton Moore, the program organizer, helped make Autumn's perfect prom night come true.
"It's great to see kids less fortunate and we get to do this and we pulled out all the punches with Tre Sullivan and make the prom special for students," Moore said.
Autumn received all the perks of prom including getting her hair and makeup done and even riding in a limo to the prom at the Sheraton in Society Hill.
Tre Sullivan was happy to be a part of it, too.
"Once I saw the opportunity to help a kid enjoy the prom and stick with it stick by them I just hopped on it," he said.
Wallace could not have been happier.
"I really am thankful for all of this I just can't imagine all of this," Wallace said.
It was truly a night to remember.
