#PhillyWantsLeBron: Philadelphia-area company buys billboards to recruit LeBron to 76ers
CLEVELAND, OHIO (WTXF) - A Philadelphia company is doing their part to try and convince NBA superstar LeBron James to join the 76ers next year.
Three new billboards have popped up in Cleveland, along Interstate 480, courtesy of Chester based Power Home Remodeling.
ESPN reports the billboards are located just 7 miles from the arena where James' current team, the Cleveland Cavaliers, plays their home games.
The first billboard shows a half court with the jersey numbers of Joel Embiid, Dario Saric, Ben Simmons, and Robert Covington in blue. Then there is James' number 23 in red wearing a crown.
The second Billboard simply reads, "Complete the Process" playing on the "Trust The Process" phrase that has become popular in recent years.
The final billboard simply reads "#PhillyWantsLeBron."
James is expected to weigh his options this offseason and decide between leaving Cleveland for the second time in his career for rumored destinations including Philly, Houston, and Los Angeles, or staying in his home state of Ohio.
