Weather Authority: Scattered showers, storms Tuesday

The Philadelphia area is slated for a rainy Tuesday in the wake of Monday's flooding.

Rounds of scattered showers and storms are in the forecast, mainly during the afternoon. High humidity may lead to a few downpours like the ones experienced Monday.

A Flood Warning is in effect through 9 a.m. Tuesday in Berks County, 11 p.m. in Chester County and 2 p.m. in Delaware County.

Sunshine returns to the forecast Wednesday, though alongside some cloud coverage.
