(WTXF) - According to Us Weekly, sources close to the band say One Direction's extended hiatus has become permanent.
The magazine reports that remaining four members of the British boy band, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, Liam Payne and Harry Styles will go their separate ways.
After Zayn Malik's exit in March of 2015, Tomlinson, Horan, Payne and Styles declined to renew a recording contract on the heels of their October tour, according to Us Weekly's Source.
"The 1D thing just ran it's course. They'll remain friend, but they are exhausted and want solo careers," the source told the magazine.
