PHILADELPHIA - With countless shocking and sad headlines over the past few weeks, it's time we talk open, honestly, and seriously about our mental health.
Good Day Philadelphia spent part of Wednesday morning doing just that.
Good Day's open and honest discussions started off with a conversation with our friends Preston & Steve, who talked about the impact suicide has beyond immediate families.

Mike and Alex were also joined by a panel made up of Jodran Burnham, Kevin Hines, and Dr. Argie Allen-Wilson.
Burnham, Director of Training Your Mind in Ardmore, talked about depression and his attempt at death by suicide in 2007 – while he was a senior at Upper Merion High School.

Hines also shared his story, having survived jumping from the Golden Gate Bridge in 2007.
Dr. Allen-Wilson, of F.A.I.T.H. Connects & Connections Matter, also joined the panel to discuss ways to break down the stigma surrounding mental health issues.
