LIVE Updates: Tornado watch issued as severe storms, flash flooding threaten Philadelphia area

Another severe weather event is moving through the mid-Atlantic region on Tuesday, bringing heavy rains and even the possibility of tornadoes to the Philly area. 

Portions of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware are under a tornado watch through Tuesday night, with the potential for wind gusts up to 70 mph.
