NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Philadelphia police are investigating an accident involving a motorcycle crash that killed one person, and injured another in Northeast Philadelphia Friday.
The incident occurred near the 3300 block of Grant Avenue around 6:45 p.m. Friday evening.
Police say the motorcycle and its two riders were involved in a collision with a Jeep. Both riders on the motorcycle were transported to Aria-Torresdale Medical Center by medics.
A 33-year old man who was on the motorcycle was pronounced dead shortly after 7:15 p.m. A female rider was listed in critical condition.
None of the Jeeps passengers were injured.
Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
