11-year-old accused of stealing cement truck, leading police on chase

(STORYFUL) Police say an 11-year-old boy is accused of stealing a cement truck and leading police on a chase around Dodge Center, Minnesota.

The chase reportedly began on Highway 14 and involved the truck driving along a number of roads. State police say speeds reached as high as 70 miles and the chase lasted an hour. According to investigators, the boy sideswiped other vehicles and patrol cars.

Police say the truck of taken from a construction site.

The above footage shows the truck, with a tire missing, making its way along East Main St.
