CAMDEN, N.J. - WTXF - Camden County prosecutors announced that a 17-year-old female has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of 13-year-old Nathaniel Plummer, Jr.
The shooting of Plummer, who was shot January 7 and died early the next day, was Camden's first homicide of the new year.
Authorities did not release the name of the accused.
The suspect surrendered to authorities January 9 in connection with a different shooting last October. In connection with that crime, she has also been charged with attempted murder, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon and aggravated assault.
