PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (WTXF) - Philadelphia wants all of its citizens to be warm during the deep chilly days.
The city is opening a warming center in the Kensington-Fairhill neighborhood.
The rec center, located at 2600 Aramingo Avenue, will be available for people in need of shelter. The center will be open December 30-January 2.
The center will provide hot drinks, blankets and toiletries for those who need them.
