PHILADELPHIA - Pennsylvania State Police have canceled an Amber Alert for a 1-year-old girl who was reported missing Tuesday after she was found safe.
The child was last seen with 32-year-old Ronald White near the 1200 block of 10th Street in Philadelphia around 8:10 Tuesday morning.
Tuesday afternoon, police said the child was recovered safely.
There was no immediate word on whether or not Ronald White had been located.
