PHILADELPHIA (FOX 29) - Amtrak gets out ahead of the winter storm and advises customers to check the status of their trains ahead of schedule.
Due to forecasted winter conditions Sunday night and Monday, Amtrak is advising those traveling the Keystone Service to check their train status before arriving to stations. The Keystone Service will be operating on a modified schedule Monday, March 4.
Amtrak has canceled Keystone Service trains 605, 609, 620, 639, 642, 646, 647, 651 and 656. There are no alternate trains.
Amtrak says passengers on modified trains can be accommodated on trains with similar times or on different days. They will also waive charges for passengers wishing to change reservations for modified trains.
They report Northeast Corridor service will operate as scheduled.

Amtrak asks all customers to exercise caution inside stations and on platforms during winter conditions.
