PHILADELPHIA- WTXF - The legal proceedings for the man accused of shooting Philadelphia Police officer Jesse Hartnett have been continued until March, following a preliminary hearing Monday morning.
Edward Archer, who police say confessed to shooting Hartnett and doing so in the name of ISIS on January 7, will have his next hearing on March 10.
Archer faces several charges, including attempted murder, aggravated assault, assault of a law enforcement officer, recklessly endangering another person, possession of an instrument of crime with intent, and other related weapons charges.
Hartnett, who was wounded in the arm, was released from the hospital last Friday.
