Argument erupts into deadly shooting as shooter flees in Southwest Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA - Philadelphia police are offering a $20,000 reward in the search for a suspect after a man was shot to death Wednesday night.
The 48-year-old victim, identified as Stephen Smith, was found lying on the ground at 66th and Theodore streets around 6 p.m.
He was rushed to the hospital, where he died a short time later.

Police say he and another man were arguing when the shooter pulled out a gun and fired multiple shots.
The shooter ran off before getting into a dark-colored vehicle, according to authorities.
