Arrest made in shooting that erupted during Eagles NFC Championship celebration
PHILADELPHIA - A 20-year-old man was shot while celebrating the Eagles win this past weekend, and now an 18-year-old suspect is in custody days later.

Amere Wright was arrested during a search of his Philadelphia home on Wednesday. He is now charged with aggravated assault.
Police say the 18-year-old was wanted in connection to a shooting that erupted on Chestnut Street following the Eagles victory on Sunday night.
The 20-year-old victim was shot in the lower body, and is said to be in stable condition.
A handgun loaded with live rounds and clothing worn during the shooting were also found in the suspect's home, according to police.

The shooting is one of several "major incidents" reported by the Philadelphia Police Department following a night of celebration across the city.
Police continue to investigate other shootings, a stabbing, vandalism, police assault and a pedestrian crash with 31 citations already issued, and arrests now totaling four.
