3 charged for sex trafficking 13-year-old girl in Bucks County: Everything we know
Three men have been charged after the Bucks County District Attorney says they are accused of sex trafficking a 13-year-old girl.
BUCKS COUNTY, Pa. - A mother's concern for her teenage daughter ultimately led to the arrest of three men, one suspected sex trafficker from Kentucky, and two sexual assault suspects from Bucks County.
What we know:
Officials say 29-year-old Zachary Lee McCauley, of Louisville, Kentucky, used fear to groom and coerce a 13-year-old girl to have sex with two adult men at least three times in October 2024.
Thomas Van Ingen, 67, and Randy Francis Quinn, 42, were identified as the men charged with sexually assaulting the teen girl.

The backstory:
An investigation began in February after the girl's mother noticed suspicious activity, and reported it to the Bucks County District Attorney's Office.
Officials say McCauley met the 13-year-old on Snapchat, claiming to be a 17-year-old, then soliciting her to send dozens of sexually explicit photos and videos.
After creating a fake Grindr profile listing the victim as an 18-year-old, officials say McCauley arranged meetings with three men, two of whom engaged in statutory sexual intercourse with the 13-year-old.
One alleged sexual assault was recorded during a Snapchat video call between Quinn and McCauley, who the victim never met in person.
