A New Jersey bank employee is accused of installing a recording device in the women's bathroom.

35-year-old Larry Tucker Jr. is no longer employed at a Citizens Bank in Evesham Township after he was accused of recording unsuspecting women inside of the bank's bathroom.

Investigators say a female customer at the bank on Route 70 in Marlton found a cell phone stuffed inside of an envelope in a bathroom stall. The woman told police it was actively recording her. This allegedly happened in December.

Police say it took investigators a little time to execute search warrants and produce evidence that Tucker was doing research and acquiring equipment to inappropriately record female victims.

According to police, Tucker Jr. is charged with 3rd-degree invasion of privacy. He was released on his own recognizance.

Citizens Bank released the following statement:

"Please be assured that Citizens takes these types of allegations seriously. As soon as we became aware of the situation, we took immediate action. This individual is no longer with the bank, and, as always, we are fully cooperating with law enforcement."
