CENTER CITY - Prosecutors say a gun-toting biker caught on camera stomping on the back windshield of a car with a mother and her two children inside last fall has pleaded guilty.
Cody Heron, 26, entered a guilty plea Wednesday on two counts of aggravated assault and a weapons charge in the October outburst that happened near City Hall.
Prosecutors say Heron was among a group of bikers and drivers participating in an illegal "motor meet-up" who were jamming traffic on a Sunday night in Center City.
Heron, according to prosecutors, got into an argument with a driver who was out making food deliveries with her two children in the back seat.

Cody Heron, 26, will remain in custody after appearing before a judge Monday for aggravated assault and related charges in connection to the incident.
The interaction escalated when Heron climbed on the truck of the victim's car and stomped in the back windshield, raining shards of glass on the young children.
When the victim exited the car to confront Heron, prosecutors say he headbutted the victim with his motorcycle helmet and brandished a gun.
Heron was arrested three days later and charged with aggravated assault and other crimes. During the investigation, prosecutors say Heron tried to conceal his online presence by using a fake profile picture, and tried to change the color of his bike and helmet to elude police.

Good Samaritans step up to help woman get windshield fixed
The city of Brotherly Love lives up to its name after a local breakfast restaurant owner and auto glass technician worked together to fix the windshield that was shattered in the viral Center City biker incident.
During a pre-trial hearing on Wednesday, prosecutors said they were fully prepared to take Heron's care to trial when he pleaded guilty to two counts of Aggravated Assault and one count of Possession of an Instrument of Crime.
"I want the motorists who plan these chaotic meet-ups for digital clicks and views – with no apparent regard for other drivers and passengers, including small children – to know that we and our law enforcement partners will use all tools to track you down and hold you accountable," Gun Violence Task Force Chief Bill Fritze said.
