(FOX 5 DC) - Some Chewy Chips Ahoy cookies are being recalled after it was announced that there was the potential for certain products to contain an "unexpected solidified ingredient."
The Mondelēz Global LLC company announced the recall on April 13. "This voluntary recall is being conducted because of the potential for certain product to contain an unexpected solidified ingredient," the company said in a statement posted online. "Some reports of potential adverse health effects have been received."
The company said the recall is limited to the following products:

The company said no other Chips Ahoy or Mondelēz Global LLC product is included in the recall and that the recall is being conducted in the U.S.
They say consumers who purchased the recalled products should not eat it and should contact the company at 1-844-366-1171 for more information.
