Christie to serve out term, renovate State House
TRENTON, N.J. (WTXF/AP) - New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie insists he will end his term as governor in early 2018 as scheduled, however he will "consider any requests that are made" by President-elect Donald Trump.
Also, to those who don't like him, he said "Sorry to disappoint you, but I'm not going to" leave or resign.
He added that after announcing work will begin immediately on a complete renovation of the "shameful" State House in Trenton.
