Columbus Boulevard still closed after water main break, icing

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - A water main break has part of Columbus Boulevard closed in South Philadelphia, and it's expected to stay closed for most of Tuesday.

FOX 29's Bob Kelly reported the problem happened before 8am in the southbound lanes near Christian Street.

First, water gushed from the manhole cover. Then, the water iced over and police had to shut the road down.

Bob suggests using Front Street, which is just across I-95, instead.
