Commuter headache after tractor-trailer overturns at base of Benjamin Franklin Bridge

A tractor-trailer overturned at the base of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge, creating a traffic headache for commuters.

Friday morning about 5:30, a tractor-trailer overturned at the end of the bridge after it came over from New Jersey, right before the Vine Street Expressway.

There was no word on what the truck was carrying. Authorities did not believe any cargo spilled from the tractor-trailer.

Authorities were not clear as to when the truck would be cleared from the scene.
