Concert fight ends with 1 man stabbed, 1 charged
CAMDEN, NJ (AP) - Authorities say a fight between two Pennsylvania men during a concert in Camden ended with one stabbed and the other facing charges.
Camden County prosecutors say the stabbing occurred shortly after 9pm Saturday near Campbell's Field. But it's not clear what sparked the dispute between the 26-year-old victim and 25-year-old George Kelly, of Ridley Park.
Prosecutors say Kelly stabbed the victim in the throat. The injured man was taken to a hospital, where he remained Sunday in stable condition, but further details on his injuries were not disclosed.
Kelly faces two counts of aggravated assault and two weapons offenses. He was being held in the county jail and it wasn't known Sunday if he has retained an attorney.
Authorities say the stabbing remains under investigation.
