PLEASANTVILLE, N.J. (WTXF/AP) - There were wet roads all over on Monday morning, they stayed still a little dicey in northern and western parts of the region. Those dangerous driving conditions caused several morning crashes, one of them deadly.
The driver killed on the Atlantic City Expressway has been identified as Victoria Pilallis, 27, of Egg Harbor City.
New Jersey State Police say according to the preliminary investigation, she was driving her Honda westbound in the right lane near milepost 3.6 in Pleasantville at about 4:45am Monday when she rear-ended a New Jersey Transit bus.
Pilallis was killed and part of the road was closed for four hours.
NJ Transit said the bus, which was on the 507 Line, had dropped off its last passenger and was headed to the garage when the crash occurred. The bus driver was not hurt.
Also, take a look at Roosevelt Boulevard northbound at the 9th Street light. FOX 29's Bob Kelly warned there had been heavy rain and the wet roads take your car longer to slow down.

Also on the roads, Monday morning:
Northeastern Pennsylvania has been bearing the brunt of a system that produced rain farther south, but icy and snowy conditions to the north.
A multi-vehicle accident on Interstate 81 near Moosic was one of the more serious incidents. The extent of injuries or number of vehicles involved wasn't clear.
PennDOT dropped the speed limit on I-81 to 45 mph, and did the same to stretches of Interstates 99 and 80 in west-central Pennsylvania.
Snowy weather gave way to ice and then rain overnight in the Pittsburgh area. But along the I-80 corridor and north, now and ice was complicating matters for Monday morning commuters.
Dozens of schools in the affected areas were delaying or canceling classes.
On the northern New Jersey side, snow and freezing rain are causing some schools to delay opening. The wintry mix moved across Sussex, Warren, Morris, Hunterdon and Somerset counties Monday. Forecasters say 2 to 4 inches of snow are possible before the precipitation turns over to rain.
