Delivery driver arrested after argument, shots fired in South Philadelphia

A chaotic and dangerous scene took place after a delivery driver was said to have fired shots during an argument with another man, while children played nearby.

An Amazon delivery driver was arrested after authorities say he opened fire during an argument with a camp counselor Wednesday afternoon in Philadelphia.

Terrel Hall-Williams, 28, was charged with aggravated assault and weapons offenses in the violent incident that unfolded on the 900 block of South 17th Street.

Investigators say Hall-Williams and a 23-year-old camp counselor began arguing about where the Amazon delivery truck was parked.

When the argument turned physical, investigators say Hall-Williams retrieved a handgun from his truck and fired towards the unnamed victim. 

No one was injured in the shooting, according to authorities. 

Hall-Williams was arrested at the scene of the crime, and charges were announced Thursday afternoon.
