Eighteen years ago, on a snowy Christmas day, one Minnesota deputy got a call he would never forget.
"Next thing you know, all of a sudden, there is a baby being born up the street," said Deputy David Eidsmo.
Before the deputy knew it, the gloves were on and the life of a newborn baby was in his hands.
"I just kind of cushioned his head as he came out," Eidsmo recalled.
What Eidsmo didn't know at the time was that the baby he first held in 1997 would forever be part of his life.
Christmas cards and pictures came every year after the special delivery. Now, 18 years later, that baby boy has graduated high school.
For the first time since the Christmas day delivery, Eidsmo was reunited with Kyle Solle.
