Flipped tractor-trailer causing trouble on I-95 SB in Delaware

NEWARK, Del. (WTXF) - There's traffic trouble on I-95 in Delaware after a tractor-trailer driver trying to exit ended up flipping over.

It happened at the southbound ramp to Exit 1, which is Route 896.

The truck is lying on its side. Only one lane is squeezing through.

FOX 29's Bob Kelly predicts crews will wait until the end of rush hour to upright and move it.
