Funeral for 7-year-old boy who died in fire paid for by school official

The funeral for a 7-year-old boy who was killed during a fire in Chester last weekend will be paid by officials from his elementary school.

James Comeger and his father, Ralph Freeman, were killed in the blaze that tore through their apartment early Sunday morning.

The fire also left James' 4-year-old brother, Jeremiah, in critical condition at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

Vahan Gureghian, CEO of the company that manages Chester Community Charter School, and his wife Danielle announced that they will finance the funeral for James.
