Gov. Chris Christie Speaks on NJ Flooding

NEW HAMPSHIRE (WTXF) A video posted to YouTube of New Jersey Governor Chris Christie is making the rounds on social media

At a campaign event in New Hampshire, a girl with ties to New Jersey, asked this:

"Why are you here in New Hampshire campaigning instead of there helping serving the damages done by the coastal floodings of the storm?"

"Well, because it's already done. It's already done. Tell me why you think isn't?" Christie replied.

"I have friends and family sending me pictures from all over the state," the girl said.

"All over the state. All over the state? Really? I don't know what you expect me to do? You want me to go down there with a mop?" said Christie.

Christie said that only Cape May County had flooding damage. According to our Weather Authority, at least three counties have been dealing with flooding issues. The governor has come under fire in recent days for his response to the flooding in South Jersey.
