WASHINGTON - Police have released dramatic surveillance video showing an armed gunman firing point-blank at a man in southeast D.C. during the streetside sale of a pair of shoes.
The shooting happened Sunday around 4:46 p.m. in the 2200 block of T Place.
Officers say the suspect met with the victim along the side of the street to purchase a pair of Jordans. After the suspect had the shoes in his possession, video shows that he pulled a gun and aimed it at the victim. The victim pushed his hand away as the suspect fired. No injuries were reported. Police are looking for the gunman and two others who were with him.

The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for a violent offense, including an armed robbery, committed in the District of Columbia.
