ONTARIO, Calif. (FOX 11) - Jennifer Aniston's private jet had to make an emergency landing at Ontario International Airport on Friday due to failure with its landing gear, according to TMZ.
Courteney Cox was also aboard the aircraft, according to the publication.
The aircraft, a Gulfstream Aerospace IV with tail number N729TY, took off from Los Angeles International Airport at 11:05 a.m. and was headed to Los Cabos International Airport. While departing, the aircraft lost one of its back wheels, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.
The pilot was able to safely land the Gulfstream just after 2 p.m. The aircraft was forced to circle in the area for roughly three hours in order to burn off enough fuel to land the plane safely.
The City of Ontario Police and Fire Departments responded to the airport in order to assist the aircraft as it landed, according to airport officials.
