A man who was caught on camera punching a man with disabilities outside of a local 7-Eleven plead guilty on Monday.

The 22-year-old who got hit wants to move one.

"You know what to be honest with you guys, I just keep doing what I was doing that was it," Mike Ryan said.

Barry Baker, who threw the punch, took a plea Monday, admitting he struck Mike Ryan after first mocking him. But it didn't go just as prosecutors had planned. Last week, in court to enter a guilty plea Baker objected to the prosecution's description of the case. He also falsely claimed he'd had a dust-up with Ryan earlier that evening at Barnaby's, which is a popular West Chester bar. Turns out, Ryan was bartending at his dad's pub not far from the court house.

"It was really unbelievable that he would be sticking by that story when there were facts and video to prove otherwise. I don't know what he was trying to do," father, Pat Ryan, said.

With past offenses mixed in Barry Baker could get as much as 9 years behind bars says his lawyer. He remains locked up in the Chester County jail.

Mike Ryan wants no more attention and may get an apology.

"My life's been the same as it was before that day," he said.

"I don't think he wants the attention. He never wanted the attention to any disability he has. He doesn't claim disabilities. He's a hardworking kid," his dad said.
