PHILADELPHIA - An attempted robbery took a violent turn early Monday morning in Philadelphia's Overbrook section.
Police say a 32-year-old man was shot on his porch on the 800 block of North 66th Street just after 2 a.m.
The victim was shot in the thigh, and is said to be in stable condition.
Police are investigating the attempted robbery as they search for the suspect.
