WEST OAK LANE (WTXF) - A man was shot and killed overnight on the street in West Oak Lane.
Police say at about midnight, the victim was on the 6500 block of N. 17th Street, and that's when he was hit at close range, multiple times in his chest and stomach.
They believe he was the intended target and are trying to identify him.
Also, they they don't think this was a robbery attempt, since money was found on the victim.
No weapon was found at the scene and no arrests have been made.
Police are looking at surveillance cameras from area homes to see if the shooting was captured on video.
