Man struck, killed while riding electric bike in North Philadelphia
An early morning crash left a bicyclist dead on a North Philadelphia street on Monday.
PHILADELPHIA - An early morning crash left a bicyclist dead on a North Philadelphia street on Monday.
The man was riding an electric bike when he was hit by a vehicle on the 3800 block of Broad Street around 2 a.m.
Police say the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene, and called 911.
The bicyclist was later identified as 51-year-old Michael Buie.
An investigation is still underway.
