Man wanted for looking into window of home in Upper Southampton Township: police

Authorities in Bucks County shared unsettling video Friday of a man who they say was caught looking into the windows of a local home.

Authorities in Bucks County shared unsettling video Friday of a man who they say was caught looking into the windows of a local home.

The video from Thursday night shows the wanted man casually walking through the yard of a home on Cushmore Road in Upper Southampton Township.

Police did not share a description of the suspect, but video shows him wearing long pants, a winter jacket and a backwards baseball cap.

Homeowner Ericka Bradley spoke to FOX 29 on Friday and said the unknown man was scared off when he noticed the exterior motion light switch on.

She said it was her nephew's bedroom window that the peeper tried to look into, but it's likely that the curtains kept him from seeing anything.

"He couldn't see in the window because the curtain itself, it's not sheer, it's solid," said Bradley who was home with her husband at the time of the incident.

After looking into the window, footages show the unknown man try to open the fence gate to the backyard, but it was locked.

"Probably someone just trying to find something or trying to break-in and see what they can steal," Ericka said.

Anyone who recognizes the man in the video is asked to call the Upper Southampton Police Department at 215-364-5000.
