PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Authorities are continuing their search for a man they say is responsible for a 2017 homicide.
Khadir Shareef Blue, who is among the 10 most wanted by the Pennsylvania State Police, is accused of fatally shooting of Shannon Abdul-Rahim inside West Philadelphia's Carroll Park.
According to police, Blue is known to frequent West Philadelphia and Delaware County.
Police describe Blue as 5 foot 11 and 185 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his neck, both arms and his right hand.
Anyone with information about Blue is urged to contact Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers at 1-800-4PA-TIPS. All callers remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward.
