Man wanted for stealing city pickup truck from municipal lot
NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Police are looking for a city pickup truck and also the man they say went into the Bridge Maintenance Unit lot in North Philadelphia and stole it.
They released surveillance from Thursday afternoon at 4010 Whitaker Avenue.
Police say the thief tried to get into several municipal vehicles before getting away in the white 2008 Ford F-350 Superduty pickup truck. It had the Pennsylvania license plate MG-7186D. He drove off in an unknown direction.
The real driver was inside the building at the time.
The thief is described as having red hair and wearing a dark shirt, blue jean shorts, and a tan baseball hat.
