Man, woman shot multiple times, killed inside vehicle in Mantua: officials

MANTUA - A tragedy unfolded on a street in Mantua as a man and woman were shot to death inside a vehicle.

The gunfire broke out on the 700 block of Union Street around 10 p.m. Thursday night, according to authorities.

Kemo Vaughn, 53, and Tahira Wynn, 28, were found shot to death in the front seats of a parked vehicle. 

Chief Inspector Scott Small said surveillance footage shows two shooters walk up to the car and fire nearly 20 shots.
