A shooting at Musikfest in Bethlehem brought the event to an abrupt end as chaotic scenes unfolded Saturday night.

Police say a 20-year-old was struck by a bullet while attending the music festival on Main Street. The shooting reportedly rang out between West Lehigh and Spring streets.

He is said to be in stable condition at a local hospital after suffering a gunshot wound to the abdomen.

The shooting was an "isolated incident" between two people, according to Bethlehem Police. Details regarding what led up to the shooting have not been released.

Saturday night's festivities were shut down "for the safety of patrons," however, the festival resumed on Sunday as scheduled.
