NORTH HANOVER (FOX 29) - In a classic case of the "terrible twos" one Hanover mother needed back-up when dealing with her 2-year-old daughter.
While enjoying the warm weather on Thursday afternoon, 2-year-old Mikayla was speeding down the block in her toy car when deputies from the North Hanover Police Department pulled up to rein in the reckless driver.
But as Sargent Robert Duff pulled out his pad to issue the young driver a ticket, Mikayla used her adorableness to avoid an infraction and get off with just a warning.
"North Hanover Township police department has always been so nice with answering questions," said Mikayla's mother.
