A local mom has a simple plea. She lost her cell phone, but she doesn't even want that back. She just wants the photos and videos that were on it. She says they mean everything to her.

"The doctors told me I'd never be able to have a baby." So 6-month-old Liam is Nona Parker's miracle child. New mother Nona fastidiously recorded precious moments from her son's first few weeks on earth on her cell phone--a gold iPhone 8 Plus with a pink case

"Every week they change their facial expressions change," she told FOX 29. "All the pictures from day 1 and that whole week we were in the hospital are on the phone."

Juggling the baby and a promotion at work left the new mom scrambling to keep up so Nona never got around to backing up those photos to Apple's iCloud or otherwise. Now, they may be gone forever.

Nona was shopping for groceries at this ShopRite on Olney Avenue.

"I didn't realize my phone was gone until I got in the car. I tried to call my family and realized I didn't have my phone," she explained.

It's her assumption that someone lifted the phone from her purse while she was distracted.

It was around 7 or 8 in the evening, the Saturday before Labor Day.

Nona says whoever has it can keep the phone. "That's a piece of material it's metal. It can be replaced," she said.

She just wants the safe return of the irreplaceable videos of precious moments like Liam's first bath.

"Please, please return the photos and videos," Nora said.
