CHESTER, PA (WTXF) - A person is in the hospital after police say they were struck by a car in Chester Tuesday morning.
The incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. near West 9 th and Parker Streets.
The victim's injuries have been described as serious.
There is no word yet if the car stayed on the scene following the incident.
