Philadelphia Highway Patrol Officer Andy Chan breathing on his own after crash
PHILADELPHIA (FOX 29) - Philadelphia Highway Patrol Officer Andy Chan is breathing on his own after a crash last month, according to his wife.

Officer Chan was critically injured when the police motorcycle he was riding was struck by a minivan on the 3100 block of Rhawn Street in Holme Circle on Jan. 3.
Chan is 48 years old and is a 24-year veteran of Highway Patrol. He is married with three children.
The crash has been labeled an accident.
