Philadelphia police enforce a summer curfew for minors
PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (WTXF) - Police have issued a Summer Curfew Enforcement along South Street area Friday and Saturday.
In a statement released by Philadelphia Police, officials say juveniles in violation of the Curfew Ordinance will be issued citations, and their parent/guardian will be required to pick them up at the District 3 police station located at 11th St and Wharton Street.
The summer curfew times required for minors 13-years-old and older is as follows:
Weekdays, Sunday through Thursday, 10:30 p.m.
Weekends, Friday and Saturday, 12:00 a.m. or midnight.
The curfew times for minors under 13-years-old will be as follows:
Weekdays, Sunday through Thursday, 9:30 p.m.
Weekends, Friday and Saturday, 10:00 p.m.
Police would like to urge all that curfew is enforced on every night.
