BRIDESBURG (WTXF) - Philadelphia Police are investigating a 7-Eleven robbery in Bridesburg.
The incident took place early Sunday morning at 1:45 a.m. on the 2600 block of Bridge Street.
According to police, three unknown black males came into the 7-Eleven located there wearing black ski masks and armed with black handguns.
One of the suspects jumped over the counter and told the victim to open the cash register.
They took $300 from the register, several boxes of Newport cigarettes, and the victim's black wallet.
The suspects placed the stolen items in a black plastic trash bag and ran out of the store. An unknown person who was walking by told the victim that the suspects jumped into a red or maroon car, maybe a Honda with a loud muffler and sped off north towards I-95.
Suspect #1 is described as a black male, tall 6'0", with a thin build wearing a black ski mask, black hooded sweatshirt, and black gloves. He was armed with a black handgun.
Suspect #2 is described as a black male, 22-23 years of age, 5'6", thin build, and was wearing a black ski mask, black hooded sweatshirt, and white gloves. He was also armed with a black handgun.
Suspect #3 is described as a black male, 22-23 years of age, 5'5", thin build, wearing a black ski mask, black hooded sweatshirt, and either black or white gloves.
